I am extremely unhappy with the shipping services. Received the goods after 20 days delay. I paid for the air shipment and shipment was received by truck ( very unethical and unprofessional)

Really sorry for the mistake by the shipment company.Also, thank you for keeping communicate with me during the shipment and before the arrival of delivery. I am happy that you know that we shipped on time, but the mistake by the shipment company is really terrible for both of us. That is also why we both agree to change to another shipment company in the future orders.I trust using another shipment we chose in the future will be better for your DDP shipment.
